Its ventilation combines the best of both the worlds, with total of 5 intakes and 7 exhaust vents, because dirt riding is more tougher than street. Its features include Arai's diffuser ventilation design first introduce on the RX7 series road racing helmet. It also use the front vent of Arai Profile model, again designed for increased air intake, while retaining the original mouth-vent system that can either provide fresh air around the mouth area, or direct the air upward along the interior surface of the faceshield to help prevent fogging. There are vent controls both inside and outside of the chinvent. Additionally, exhaust vents on the lower left and right sides and in the lower neckroll draw out more hot air from inside the helmet.

Re-Designed Peak
Arai's twin-cam shield pivot system enables the shield to operate fully beneath the mounted peak without protruding. the shield stay low when it's raised, allowing the peak to be mounted lower, resulting in better aerodynamics and a better appearance. Patented Dual-Pivot Chin Vent
This easy to operate, 2 position dual-pivot hinge mechanism allows for increased chin vent airflow capacity to two areas: the 1st position direct air to the face through an activated carbon foam filter; the 2nd position send the air to the faceshield to aid defogging.

Hyper-Ridge Band and Vent
Arai distinctive hyper-ridge reinforcement band along the bottoms of the shell adds reinforcement and shell strength. What make this "minor" Arai feature significant? Many helmet manufacturer reduce the shell material at the bottom of the helmet. But Arai maintain the shell thickness to the very edge - and then strengthen it. The Scottoiler vSystem is the latest edition of the market-leading range of vacuum-operated Scottoiler chain lubrication systems. The kit gives a range of approximately 400 - 800 miles between refills of the RMV (Reservoir Metering Valve), depending on the flow setting. The kit has a range of fittings suitable for most bikes, (non standard adapters are available FOC from Scottoiler), and includes a 250ml bottle of Scottoil, which should be enough for approximately 2500 miles of lubrication.

How Does the Scottoiler Work?
The Scottoiler V System is vacuum operated. When the motorcycle engine is running, vacuum is generated, this lifts a diaphragm which in turn opens the valve. Whilst open the valve allows oil to drip feed under gravity down the delivery tube to the chain via the rear sprocket. There is metering built into the valve to provide adjustment to control the rate at which oil is dispensed. It is not a pump.

How Does This Affect The Engine?
It doesn't. The Scottoiler's output is not affected by engine speed, throttle opening and so on. The vacuum chamber is a sealed unit and does not affect the running of the bike. Upon starting the engine the valve will open, this requires 3cc of air to be moved in order to lift the diaphragm, which stays up until the engine is switched off. It is not unusual to see the diaphragm pulsating with very low revs, particularly on singles and twins, don't confuse this for a pumping action, it is not a pump.

2. What oil should I used to refill my Scottoiler?
Scottoil features a very low tack additive this not attracting dirt. Scottoiler cannot guarantee the compatibility of our systems using any other manufacturers oils as the materials used are tested for compatibility with Scottoil only.

When should I refill my Reservoir Metering Valve?
If you refill the oiler before it runs dry, you won't have to prime the dispenser tube. The RMV takes around 10 seconds to top up with 50ml of oil which should last approximately 400 - 800 miles.

Can I increase the capacity?
Yes, the Magnum High Capacity Reservoir increases capacity by up to 8 times. The HCR is fitted behind the number plate and the combined increased capacity will give 4000 - 6000 miles between refills. Alternatively, the Lube Tube can be fitted into any dead space on the bike and will mean 2000 - 3000 miles between refills.

Will the Scottoiler only oil one side of my chain?
No, the oil is fed to the chain via the sprocket face where it splits over the inner side plates. Some of the oil is diverted onto the O-Ring and the remainder feeds under the roller onto the bushing. Capillary action will then draw the oil across the chain. For best results, load the chain with oil from the bottle or a rag after cleaning and then apply approx 1 drop per minute to maintain this film of oil.

Will I get oil on my tyre?
No, a flow rate pf approx 1 drop per minute applied via the sprocket face will provide an oil film which will not pollute the running surface of the tyre and will give a dramatic improvement in chain life. In conditions where high levels of dust, sand or heavy rain are present, more oil flow will be necessary to extend chain life.

Hyperpro is best known for its progressive steering dampers. A number of customers still prefers the linear type damper. For that reason we have further developed this steering damper and are still able to offer this conventional type steering damper.

In order to keep the damper light in weight and strong, the CSC damper is also made of CNC machined billet aluminium parts and high-grade aluminium alloy is used. This damper is fully rebuildable, and provides a substantial upgrade to OEM dampers, or is excellent to add to a bike that does not have a steering damper.

It is designed to inhibit an undesirable, uncontrolled movement or oscillation of a vehicle steering mechanism (a phenomenon known in the motorcycling community as 'wobble', or in extreme cases, a 'tank-slapper') and thus provide rider a more safe and confident ride.

Product Overview
The Dynojet Power Commander plugs inline with your bike?s stock fuel injection system. It uses OEM (original equipment manufacturer) style connectors making installation easy and quick. The Power Commander III USB allows a full range of fuel adjustment, as much as +/- 100% over stock. Adjustments can be made either with a Windows based computer or by using the face plate mounted button adjusters. No permanent changes are made to the bike?s system. Once the unit is removed the bike reverts to its stock settings.

Power Commander Map Database
Dynojet supports the Power Commander product line with the worlds largest map database. We work with all of the leading exhaust manufacturers from around the globe to bring you pre-tested settings for your motorcycle. No guesswork on your part. Every map that we offer was tested and developed on one of our multiple in house Dynojet Dynamometers using our patented Tuning Link software. New maps are developed weekly for all popular applications.

Features
-Hassle free USB communication - The Power Commander USB will instantly and automatically connect to the Power Commander Control Center software once it is installed. Simply "power up" the unit and connect the supplied USB cable to the computer and PCIII USB.

-Onboard notes storage - The PCIII USB stores the notes from the map in the onboard memory. This makes it easy to see exactly which map is loaded. The notes, just as the map itself, are automatically retrieved upon connecting to the unit.

-Individual cylinder adjustment - All PCIII USB units have a "cylinder trim" adjustment feature that allows you to "offset" fuel to one or more cylinders. Additionally, for advanced users, the PCIII USB allows individual cylinder mapping. Now each cylinder can be mapped individually throughout the entire rpm/throttle position range.

-Enhanced "file compare" utility - The PCIII USB software allows you to compare two map files without the Power Commander connected. There is a numerical display as well as a brand new graphical display.

-Easier to use "button adjustment" mode - The button adjustment has been made easier by introducing a "startup delay". This lets the user have enough time to start the bike and then switch the PCIII USB into "button adjust" mode. The ranges of the buttons are now displayed in the software. Simply connect the unit to the computer and press one of the buttons. Their ranges are shown on the screen.

-"Expansion port" for upgrades and accessories - The "expansion port" allows easy connection of accessories such as our new ignition module, Quick shifter, Multifunction Hub, Pressure Sensor display and LCD display unit. Automatic map retrieval upon connection - As soon as you connect the PCIII USB to the computer and launch the software, the map installed in the PCIII USB will be displayed.
9V "Power Up" adapter - Every PCIII USB comes with a "power up" adapter which allows users to program and interface with the Power Commander on their desktop without being connected to the bike. Accelerator Pump - You can adjust: A) The amount of fuel to add, B) The number of engine revolutions during which fuel is added, C) The sensitivity of throttle movement under which the accelerator pump is activated.
